There are 12 achievements with a total of 200 points.

Defeat Star

Defeat Star in deadly one-on-one combat.

Easy, just beat the second combatant on the list. She does however throw stars at you which can easily be avoided by jumping towards her and just kick when you are near. If need be you can also just punch or kick each star that is coming at you.

Historically Accurate

Complete the Hot Fighting History stage.

You will receive this after beating the 5th combatant. Just punch towards every clone that walks near you. Easiest to get the Perfection achievement on in my opinion.

On Edge

Defeat 3 or more opponents when you have only 1 health remaining.

This may require some time and luck but pick three characters, such as sword, Star, and the clone person, and get them down to one health and then let them get you down to one health. After doing so, just give them a quick kick and hope that they die. You need to defeat three opponents with only 1 bar of health left to get this achievement. It has to be done in one go-through.

Defeat Fan

Defeat Fan in deadly one-on-one combat.

Fan is either the 6th or senevth person that you will fight. Just avoid the thrown fans by jumping towards her and when you get close enough press towards and

to kick her. Just repeatedly follow this and you will definitly beat her.

Defeat Tonfun

Defeat Tonfun in deadly one-on-one combat.

Tonfun is one of the characters that actually requires you to think while fighting him. He can take away 4 health in a second so think quick and try to avoid this by jumping away.

Defeat Blues

Defeat Blues in deadly one-on-one combat.

Use stride punch, just wait until he gets close and stick him 3-5 hits in a row before he gets free.

Big Score

Score 200,000 points

Start a game and then get to Star's stage. I got all of my 200,000 points on this level just by punching the stars that she threw at me. Every star is equaled to 500 points and you can get about 60,000 each life. For the low star press down towards and

. For the middle star press towards and

. For the high star press away and

. After a while she will start throwing two to three stars at a time so only kick or punch the ones that you have to. Some she throws close together, avoid the second one, and sometimes she throws them far apart, get them both. And Don't worry, you get awarded extra lives so you'll get about 6 to do this.

Perfection

Defeat any opponent without being hit once.

Get to the 5th stage with the clone guy and just punch towards every clone that comes near. If you get hit, die on purpose and try again. Just complete the level with no damage done to you and this achievement is yours.

Invincible

Defeat all enemies without losing any lives.

Hardest achievement in the game in my opinion. Not too hard though once you get to know what button combination you need to beat each character.
Stages
1- Punch, Kick, anything..its really easy.
2- Jump towards and then kick..repeat.
3- Kick.. Also an easy opponent.
4- He may be annoying the first few times but once you get accustomed to Pole he'll be simple to defeat. I prefer to just jump near him and randomly press buttons.
5- Clone- Just punch towards every clone that comes near.
Some others-
Chain- just jump towards him and kick..simple
Sword- just wait for him to come near and just kick towards him. Works like a charm.
Fan- Jump over the fans and towards her and then land a kick or two...then jump again.Same as fighting star if you ask me.
Club- Throw a few low kick (

) and hes rather easy.
Tonfun- A rather annoying opponent that strikes repeatedly until about half your life is gone. Suggestions??

Accuracy

Destroy 15 of Star's stars in one bout by hitting them in mid-air.

See the Big Score achievement for help. Just destroy 15 of Star's stars.

Fists of Fury

Connect at least once with every type of punch during a single bout.

Connect with every type of punch on one opponent.
