I've downloaded it and started a new game, but there is no new content as I can see... |

They're council missions matey....when ya download the dlc,u then need to start a new game to play them. Then they come up randomly as u play thru :) |

That was what I thought as well.
I'm wondering if I have just been unlucky and haven't gotten them randomly, or if something else is amiss? |

it's not necessary to start a new game.
i loaded up my save from right before i entered the gallop chamber, then started scanning until the dlc missions started popping up |
