I got this achievement by moving quickly and killing the aliens as soon as I could. If you don't allow them to kill the civilians they will count towards the saved column at the end of the mission. I got an excellent for all 3 rating (kills, no squad deaths, & 14/18 civilians saved). So don't be alarmed if one or two civilians die as long as you get the majority. |

As #2 Said. be fast and do not worry about moving your squad toward Civs just concentrate on killing the enemy and this ones cake. |

Little luck always helps on this one too. My advice, take out chrysalids as soon as you see them otherwise you might get swamped with zombies and unltimately even more chrysalids. |

Also, it may be good to bring a plasma sniper with archangel and the In The Zone skill. Chryssalids can't go in cover so, the plasma sniper can basically one shot them all. Drones as well. The only bad thing is if the enemies all stay in buildings. |

This is way easier to do later on in the game once your crew is pimped out. Have everyone using all Plasma weapons, and have multiple snipers (or assault). Just go full offensive and you'll get it quick.
All aliens killed
No operatives lost
Minimum 14 of 18 saved |

Classic.
Two groups of floaters and one group of chrysalids all bunched together for a group photo (rocket).
From the last group two chrysalids charged my squad and only one went for the civilian. Got that one with another rocket by guessing where it was. |

My tip for getting this achievement: Get beam weapons, a large squad and Highly trained too. |
