There are 50 achievements with a total of 1000 points.

Pool: Jump Shot

Play a shot where the ball leaves the table in Pool championship mode

In order to get this achievement you need to hit the white (cue) ball so that it “jumps” over the small boarders that the table has. The simplest way I’ve found to do this is to hit the ball with the most power you can and at 50 or more degrees of leverage. It’s also best to aim at the edge closest to you.
This must be done in pool mode.

Snooker: 50 Break

Score 50 points, or more, in a single visit in Snooker championship mode

Snooker: 147 Break

Score 147 points, or more, in a single visit in Snooker championship mode

A 147 (or one-four-seven) is when you hit all 15 red balls, all 15 black balls, and the 6 colored balls into the pockets without missing a shot and off of the first turn you take. This means that you have to hit the balls in this order

Since you need to hit a black ball every other turn up until the 30th turn you should keep you white ball near the bottom of the table near where the black ball is placed. Of course you should take your time and be aware of the moves you are making. Try to be aware of where your ball may land, which balls you are going to hit, and if the ball is going to go in.
Clearly this is one of the more difficult achievements.
Here is a video of the one-four-seven happening in real life. The setup and strategy are the same so hopefully it will help.

Also, remember that this must be done in Snooker mode.

Pool: Pot 4 balls in a row

This achievement isn’t too difficult. What it means to pot the 4 balls in a row is to get 4 balls (of your designated color) into the pockets without missing a shot in-between.
Set the game type to 8 ball and then go for 4 of the same color in a row. This doesn’t need to be done from the start of the match and you don’t even need to win the match.

Pool: Break Ace

This achievement takes quite a bit of luck. This achievement must be done in the pool type 9 ball. You must get the 9 ball into any pocket off of the break (the first hit.) The main problem here is that the 9 ball is located in the center of the balls and thus is the hardest to move and hit out. I recommend hitting the ball very hard and slightly off to the sides of the setup. Expect to use the restart button a bit.

Another luck based achievement. As with 9 ball this should be done on the game type 9 ball. Most likely it will unlock while going for the achievement “Break Ace.”
What you need to do for this achievement is hit 4 balls into the pockets off of the break (first shot.) Expect to restart a lot. Try testing around with different powers, angles, spin, etc.

Snooker: Complete Clearance

Pot all of the balls on the table in one break in Snooker championship mode

Should unlock when you unlock the “Snooker-147 Break.” The only difference between that and this achievement is that you don’t have to do this on the first turn. So you can set up a few of the balls nearby the pockets as long as you hit all 36 balls into the pockets without missing a shot or allowing your enemy to get one in.

Snooker: Win frame with Snookers

In order to win a frame by snookering you need to put your opponent into a “snooker” one or more times per game (depending on rules.)
Now if you don’t know what a “snooker” is here is a snooker as defined by the worldofsnooker.com:

The cue-ball is said to be snookered when a direct stroke in a straight line to every ball on is wholly or partially obstructed by a ball or balls not on. If one or more balls on can be struck at both extreme edges free of obstruction by any ball not on, the cue-ball is not snookered.?
(a) If in-hand, the cue-ball is snookered if it is obstructed as described above from all possible positions on or within the lines of the "D".?
(b) If the cue-ball is so obstructed from hitting a ball on by more than one ball not on?
(i) the ball nearest to the cue-ball is considered to be the effective snookering ball, and?
(ii) should more than one obstructing ball be equidistant from the cue-ball, all such balls will be considered to be effective snookering balls.?
(c) When Red is the ball on, if the cue-ball is obstructed from hitting different Reds by different balls not on, there is no effective snookering ball.?
(d) The striker is said to be snookered when the cue-ball is snookered as above?
(e) The cue-ball cannot be snookered by a cushion. If the curved face of a cushion obstructs the cue-ball and is closer to the cue-ball than any obstructing ball not on, the cue-ball is not snookered.

Basically what is required for a “snooker” is to force your opponent to hit a not-on ball. This means the opponent hits a black ball when required to hit a red ball or vice versa. The best and simplest way to do this is to hit the cue ball into a position where the AI needs to hit through the black ball to reach the red balls or through the red ball to reach the black ball.

More often than not the AI will try to find ways around getting “snooked” so try to trap the AI with red balls and force them to hit at least one when then are going for the black balls. That or trap the AI in a corner with an “off” ball blocking it.

Snooker: Beat a seeded player

Seeded players are those that are in the top 16 of the snooker ranking system. Finishing an entire match above them will award you the achievement. The higher ranked you are in career mode the more seeded players you will play.

Snooker: White wash win

Beat an opponent in a ranking event without them scoring any points in Snooker championship mode

If you got the 147 or complete clearance achievements you should already have this. If not than here’s how to unlock it.
Simply beat an opponent without allowing them to get one ball in the pocket, or allowing them to get any points from penalties. The lower ranked the enemy is the better chance you have of getting more misses from them and in turn more chances to get all the balls in. You are allowed as many turns as you want; as long as the opponents score stays at 0 then you are solid.

Pool: Entire Rack from Break

Get a run of the entire rack from the break in Pool championship mode

Set the game to 9 ball on pool mode. For this achievement you need to get all the balls into the pockets in the designated order without allowing your opponent to get a turn.
For those of you unfamiliar with the rules of 9-ball this means you need to get the balls in in the order 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 without missing a single shot and off of the first available turn.

Pool: Run of the entire rack

Get a run of the entire rack in Pool championship mode

Similar to the achievement “Entire Rack From the Break” except this achievement can be done on any shot, not just the first shot. That means you can use any extra turns you want to set up the balls for some easy shots. As long as all the balls are hit in in just one turn and your opponent hits none in then the achievement is yours.

Snooker: Top 48 world ranking

Get a world ranking of 48 or better in Snooker championship mode

See the achievement “Snooker Top 32 World Ranking.”

Snooker: Top 32 world ranking

Get a world ranking of 32 or better in Snooker championship mode

This achievement will unlock as you progress through career mode. The simple way to rank up is to win matches, you rank up faster for winning championships as well. Obviously setting the matches shorter (set to 3 frames per match) will make this achievement go quicker.

Snooker: N.Ireland Champ

Win the Northern Ireland Championship in Snooker championship mode

As you progress through the career mode of the snooker mode you will be invited to tournaments and championships. Accept these invitations and you will begin competing in a tournament. Finishing in first will award you the achievement for said tournament.
The simplest way to win these is to set the frames to the minimum (3) and then after completing each match saving your game. If you happen to lose a match or are about to return to the dashboard and then reload your previous save.
You will unlock most of the matches as you reach the top 16.

Snooker: Preston Qualify Win

Get through the qualifiers at Preston in Snooker championship mode

Similar to the champ achievements except the qualifies are slightly different types and are only accessible before you reach the top 16. The qualifiers are 2 best of 5 frames matches. You must win both matches to continue and be awarded the achievement.
Again saving and then quitting if you are close to losing is the best way to achieve these.
