does it matter in what part of the chapter you start or do you have to complete the entire chapter? |

no, you can load it up from the very last checkpoint of the chapter as long as the weapons are available at that point you will get the achievement when it begins the following chapter |

Chapter 7. You spawn with the weapons you need and its a quick run to the end.
Just kill an orc with the stalker and the chainsword, then run to the exit. EZPZ |
