	Comment #2 by FaSCoRP Monday, May 02, 2011 @ 07:14:02 AM It unlocked after winning the australian open the next year. I believe the problem here is that you have to win every tournament to unlock. When it was that one (early in the season) I was at tank #24 so I did not participate at all, at the same season I was at #1 so it did not unlock, and I never was there on Australia.
