Wednesday, July 04, 2012 @ 03:27:09 AM Activities are different from excercises. Hit the mitts routines are all grouped together as easy, normal, or hard routines. Easy routines will always net you a bronze, even with a 100%. Medium equals silver, and hard equals gold. That's why you're only getting a bronze, but that doesn't matter because this achievement only counts towards exercises, not activities. Each exercise has three intensity levels, 1 being the lowest, and 3 being the hardest. Completing an exercise at intensity level 1 will net you a bronze no matter how good you do. Level 2, silver. Level 3, gold. You can change what intensity level you want in the player options (no, you can't change your intensity level mid-workout).
