On options in the menu (i think) go to the shop option and choose other catagory
and just buy topps until the achievement pops up, Make sure you have points :)

The easiest way to get this achievement is to play Title Defense mode 3 to 5 times. You get a ton of credits to buy the cards then you go to the shop and keep buying them until you have them all. |

you have to go to the game progress menu and the shop menu. it takes a lot of points to get all of them. |
