|Finish a Standard Race in Difficult mode with one of your riders being at the First Place|
This is by far the easiest achivement in the game. There are numerous ways to get this one but the easiest way I found was to win a mass sprint. To learn how to win one of these see "Green Jersey (Difficult)"

This is by far the most difficult achievement in the entire game. You have to win one of the three time trials in the Tour de France. I would suggest taking the second time trial (Montpellier) since that one only has 2 sharp turns in it. The sharp turns are probably the places where you will lose the most time so practice them well. The best way to win a time trial is by practicing it over and over and over until you eventually luck out and win it. My advice is to pick Team Saxo bank since they have the best cycler for time trial (Fabian Cancellara) and to learn how he moves and what his max speed is. Every cycler turns different and has a different energy bar and it takes time to get used to each different cycler, so for your own sake just stick to one cycler and try to find out how fast he can ride (with Cancellara it would probably be around 54km/h) while not running out of energy before the race ends and when and how hard to brake before a sharp turn. This will take alot of tries before you eventually get it but you will notice that you will gradually get better every time you try.

The Polka Dot Jersey is awarded to the cycler who, at the end of the tour, has the most climbing points. Throughout mountaineous stages you get points for reaching the top of a hill as first, second or third. The higher the hill, the more points you get. You can also get points for the stages which ends up a hill. Now, instead of trying to get the first climb point like the Green Jersey, the best way to get this jersey is to let your main cycler (the one going for the Yellow Jersey) to attack right when you climb up the last or second to last hill and make sure he gets there first. Basically repeat the process explained under the "Yellow Jersey (Difficult)" achievement and you will probably get it.

The green jersey is awarded to the cycler who, at the end of the tour, has the most points in the sprinting rankings. Throughout most of the stages there are certain points (shown by the green markers) in which you can earn sprint points and points are also awarded at the end of the stage depending on your place (so the first place of a stage gets a certain amount of points and the second place gets a little less and so on). First off pick a team with a very good sprinter (e.g. Team Columbia with Cavendish or Rabobank with Freire). The tactic for gaining the most sprint points out of a stage are pretty much the same for each stage. First off as the stage starts there is usually a sprint point somewhere at the beginning. Immediately from the start have your sprinter at the front of the pack and wait until a couple of other cyclers make an attack and the go with them. When you have drained your red bar press the button twice and then put him on 100% using and once he crossed the line immediately put it back to min and let the pack catch up with him. Then just let him follow the pack and rest until the end. (Warning, DO NOT LET HIM ATTACK IN A STAGE WITH HIGH MOUNTAINS) Secondly, you need to make sure it will be a mass sprint. Usually the other cyclers that attacked with you at the beginning will still ride in a small group up front, don't worry to much about them because usually the other teams will let their cyclers ride in the front of the pack and gain in on the group up front. However, If this doesn't happen you have to make sure it will be a mass sprint by letting some of your own cyclers ride up front (Warning: DO NOT LET YOUR SPRINTER RIDE UP FRONT). To do this, select the cyclers you want to ride up front then press once and put them on 100% and then just wait until they have reached the group up front. And finally, the mass sprint: The mass sprints usually start off at about 22 km away from the finish, now just before that make sure that your sprinter is somewhere in the front (preferably next to the other major sprinters) and make sure that he has room to move once the sprint has started. What I mean by that is that you have to make sure you don't get blocked by an other cycler. When the mass sprint starts you take control of the selcted cycler (this should obviously be your sprinter) and then you can make him go left or right with and and you can make him go faster by tapping . However you can't let him just ride at the front the whole sprint because you have a power bar on the screen. This bar shows how fast your sprinter is going and, more importantly, how fast he can go, this is indicated by the 'max' symbol on the bar. When you are riding behind an other cycler the max symbol stays in place, but if there is no cycler in front of you the max symbol will gradually go to the left indicating you will go slower in time. The best tactic is to stay behind an other good sprinter (e.g. Hushovd or McEwan) and then when there is approximately 8 km to go go to the left or right and pass him while your max symbol is still to right, then just keep tapping and hope you win. If you repeat this process at every single flat stage you will get the green jersey 90% of the time (depending on how good you are in the mass sprint).

By far the easiest (and I mean really easy) way to get this + the White Jersey is to take control of Astana. Astana has by far the best cyclers that can help your main cycler (which should be Contador) end in first place. The added bonus is that Contador also competes for the White Jersey, so if you win the Yellow Jersey with Contador you automatically also win the White Jersey. The main tactic for winning the Tour de France is different for each stage:
