If you were real fans and not just after some measly 200 points you'd know that this guy is the main villain of the game. He's not the final boss but you will eventually kill him. This game is an easy 200, it's just going to take you like 45-50 hours to actually accomplish all of this, but it will come in time.

Its a fairly difficult boss fight because of the dragonkin he summons, if you don't kill them all before the cutscene, they'll keep attacking and DAMAGING you when you can't even defend yourself. After beating him, the achievement will pop on entering the next area.
