You have to complete the coop missions for some of the weapons. |

I actually got this BEFORE I upgraded the Scar-H (the gun you receive from the Uplay service or any of the weapons in the bonus slot. That said, it should unlock after upgrading all the pistols, machine pistols, SMG's, assault rifles, and the M-500 shotgun. |
