You'll get this from the talent trees' magic section: you just gotta unlock it by talents you'll get when leveling up. |

So to answer my own question, you have to get this skill in the campaign for it to count for the achievement. |

Can't get this in the arena. Save before doing the quest in chapter 3 that allows you to reallocate all your skill, and reload once you have the achievement to get the others. Check the wiki to find out which quest it is, can't remember off the top of my head, it involves a character named the Operator. |
