At th end of Chapter 3.
After the fight with the dragon atop the tower you get a choice - kill the dragon or walk away.
Choose walk away for this achievement |

Thanks for that. I was wondering why there wasn't a "walk away from the dragon" achievement since there's one for killing it. |

There is an automatic save just before the quick time event,just simply reload once you get one achievement. |
