Its a bit of luck involved...make your way to the building and do as they say...move sideways as soon as the laser locks on to you...make your way up the building and perform rhw Groundpound...tricky part is that there is not a lot of room to move around and the laser will get you quite quick...now here's where some luck comes in...I made my way up, did one Groundpound and then the laser hit the satellite...boom...achievement unlocked...if that doesn't happen you need to do about 3 ground pounds before dish is destroyed.
