Just looking at the achievement list, there are a fair number of Act 1,2,3 achievements, so this could very be to kill that many. That being said, I would bet money on there being some twist to this achievement so you dont actually have to kill that many. |

When you complete Chapter 4 Act2 this achievement unlocks,
you kill a few hundred on this level.
The achievement then says "18,675,309,000 is kind of a lot... you've killed enough" |
