I did mine in the alley right before you get to the stairs of the subway. I also had it on New Game+ so I was able to take my skills in the new game. |

I got it in the upstairs of the brothel, when your fighting your way through the area that's full of the lights you have to destroy the power source for. Didn't try for it, which was nice as I expected this one to be evil. |

At the very end of the game you can do this since you fight very weak skinless enemies. I got it by accident. |

@DrkPheonixSaga - That's where I got mine, too. Darkling assist kills, executions, swarm kills, in the cloud, gun channeling and demon arm slashes all count. There's so many guys at the end that you can basically button mash and get it. |
