I've tried multiple times and can't get this to pop, any one who has this already could they please explain how they got it. I wondering do ye have to have an upgrade to do this, maybe that's why it won't luck.

Once you have the web rush punch upgrade, just use web rush and spam x before reaching the enemy. The achievement should pop.
