I did this on Ibiza. There is a straight dual carriageway running from center/west to south-east. Used the Bugatti Veyron. Hardest part was avoiding other cars on the road so took a couple of attempts. |

I got this by buying the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport, going to Hawai and when you leave the airport go right and just go straight till you get the achievement. |

Confirmed as i have just done it, this works in test drive mode. I simply went to the the European Car Dealer (West) chose the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport. As it entered test drive mode i turned right out of the garage and kept driving straight until i hit the right speed and got the achievement. It can be a bit bumpy as there are some hills along the way, and watch out for the traffic! |

Finally, I got it by test driving. I used the Bugatti Veyron from the European showroom in Hawaii. Use the Bugatti. It is easier than using Koenigsegg. |

There is also a timed convoy mission on Ibiza that in order to beat pretty much requires driving at 249+ mph for 5+ seconds. That's where I got it. |

Yeah, I got it from the timed convoy mission. Which is nice as for the life of me, I can't finish that actual mission. :( |
