I did this with 4 flashy finishes (i think you only need 3 though) and only 1 perfect is needed. This has to be against the CPU and NOT against 2nd player if you use the "new challenger" method with a second controller if you think you're going to loose.
Read the Speed freak achievement comments to get a good tip of how to get this achievement easy. |
