	Comment #1 by Angel of Fayth Saturday, March 31, 2012 @ 02:41:40 PM Is this basically every item you can pick up (ammo, drinks, maps, etc) plus the four bonus items for the bonus ending, as well as normal and bonus weapons? There doesn't seem to be enough for 150. :/

	Comment #2 by Austinfilm Saturday, March 31, 2012 @ 07:48:20 PM Yes, this is every pick-uppable item, including health drinks, first aid kits, ammo and special items. It should unlock for you sometime when you're in the prison. It's easy to miss random items on the town streets, etc., so if you're worried about missing some, there's a good walkthrough at silenthillmemories.com that should help you out.

But you do not have to go searching every doorway for health drinks and ammo. There are plenty more than 150 items in the game to find, but you only need that 150. The blue gem, Rebirth items, chainsaw, hyper spray and the dog key do not have to be collected for this achievement, but be careful. If you're going for a 10 star game (the "Who Needs a Gun" achievement), you DO need these items for the best rating.

	Comment #6 by Impdaddyzer0 Tuesday, April 17, 2012 @ 10:59:06 AM If item locations are the exact same as the original xbox version, then according to my old save files, there are at least 292+8 items on easy, at least 262+8 on normal, and well over 200+8 on hard action level. (+8 being the bonus items, of course) I'm not sure if these include newspaper atricles, notes, things like that. I believe it does, but either way, plenty of items lying around. It isn't necessary to scour every inch of every map to get enough items for the achievement, or even a perfect ranking, for that matter. Almost 70 items are required to progress the story, plus weapons, plus bonus items, plus dozens and dozens of ammo packs, plus dozens and dozens of health items. There are PLENTY of items to be found, believe me. I got this achievement before I had even left the Hospital.
