The old level select cheat works on this. On the title screen press up, down, left, right, and hold A, B, C and start. Or X, A, B obviously! |

When you enter the first special stage you don't even need to guide Sonic. Honestly, don't touch the controller and he will just fall into the final chamber that has the emerald. Now jump against the wall three times and the emerald is now yours. |

honestly i cant help on this one i just know that since i was little playing it on my megadrive ive never not got the first one its like i switch off and do it eyes closed XD just fall into the chamber and hit the wall lol this realy was one of the easiest achievments ive ever gotten |
