Like most online games, TrueSkill is calculated only in ranked matches. It will go up with wins and down with losses.

Simply earn $1,000,000 in the single player game. You don’t have to have it all at once. You can see your progress by going to the pause menu and selecting "Stats" > "Statistics", then scrolling down to "Total Money Earned".

Try this:
1. Find a Titan, a big, boxy truck that says “Armored Truck” on it. These are pretty rare, though they may appear more often around banks and the High End Retail district. Steal it, drive it back to a crib or Rim Jobs and store it in the garage.

Hitman locations do not have levels associated with them. Instead, you are given a list of hits which you must make. You can make the hit at any time after you start the mission. For this reason, I recommend activating all the Hitman and Chop Shop activities as soon as possible. You can put any target on your HUD by going to the Pause Menu and selecting “Info” > “Activities” > “Hitman”. Then, select the location, scroll over your desired target, and hit A to add them to your HUD. They will appear on your ingame compass as a tiny crosshair icon on a black background. On smaller TVs, it looks similar to the North icon. The target does not have to be on your HUD for the kill to count.

You can melee the target with the proper weapon, but be warned: At the first strike, any nearby Saint will jump the target. If you don’t kill him all by yourself, you will not get credit for it.

IMPORTANT: After you make a hit, wait for all pop-ups to show until you save. If you save directly after the hit, you can activate a glitch which will prevent the achievement from unlocking.

Hitman Locations:

WEST SIDE ROLLERZ
JACKIE: Just call 911 on your Cellphone. About 20% of the time, she will be driving the ambulance that comes for you.
LAN: Look either in front of the arena or around the movie theater.
JOSE: Jose is a trucker, and can be found driving a truck down the freeways.
CHARLES: Usually found in the suburbs walking the sidewalk near the beach north of Price’s Mansion late in the day. Careful, he has a knife.
JUAN: This freak in red speedo's can be just about anywhere in Stilwater, but usually the Apartments.
BUCKY: Bucky is a 6' tall hotdog found outside the arena. Very hard to miss. He has a knife, but will usually be too busy running from the grenades to attack you.
BILL(1): Just get a wanted level of 5 and this FBI agent will come to you.

LOS CARNALES
JULIA: Can be found in the Barrio District, Charlestown and the Docks/Warehouses. Usually rides in a Betsy. There are several characters that look nearly identical to her, so use the HUD.THOMAS: Can usually be found in the Stoughton,
Docks/Warehouse district in the early evening.
GABRIEL: Usually walking around in Copperton Truck Yard district during the day.
CHRIS: Chris is a mailman, so he can be found driving a mailtruck. I found him exiting the Airport area.
THERESA: Check near the Plastic Surgeon in Cecil Park (Barrio district). She is apparently a hooker, so she can also be found around busy streets at night.
TINA: Will always be on rollerblades, usually around the
northern coastal road in Huntersfield (Suburbs district). She has been seen near the barrio as well.
BILL(2): Bill has pretty much the same routine as Thomas, he's usually
walking around in Stoughton, Docks/Warehouse district. (usually under the freeway overpass)
JOHN: John is similar to 'Bill(1)', he's a swat agent. Simply attain a high
wanted level and shoot him off the helicopter.

VICE KINGS
DICK: During the day he's usually walking around Downtown. At night he can be found near the Oriental bridge and the Insurance Fraud activity building. You can sometimes find him as a client in random Escort missions.
MARTY: Often found in the Suburbs. Drive around and look for his style of walking, he's very slow and hunched over.
RICHARD: Can be found in Nob Hill, High End Retail.
HENRY: Henry is a chauffer, usually driving a Status Quo (Limo) or a towncar downtown.
BILLY BOB: Billy can be found driving his small truck around Nob Hill and Downtown.
DON: Don drives a flashy Baron around the Harrowgate area. He sticks out pretty easily.
HANK: Hank is a late night mail driver. He can be found in either the
yellow 'Great Freight' truck or the similar, white, BPS truck.
LOUISE: Louise is a meter maid. She drives a 'Quota', which is a very small, 3-wheeled car with a completely sloped front.

In Escort, you will drive around a car while a hooker does her job in the backseat. News Vans and the occasional Private Investigator will follow you, so keep out of their radius. It’s best to go on the highway, and drive at top speed on the wrong side. The oncoming traffic will take out most of your pursuers. On the later levels, you have to perform requests, so you may find yourself needing to get off the freeway so often it becomes inconvenient to use the freeway method.

In Drug Trafficking, you must ride shotgun as a dealer meets up with his clients. The starting levels are easy, but the later levels are nearly impossible. In the later levels, try these general pointers:

1.Get Homies to ride alongside with you. However, do not go out of your way to revive them.

2. Switch cars as often as possible. The FBI happens to be the optimal car for the mission.

3. When driving, try to get a single headshot on the drivers of the other cars. Don’t bother with stopped cars, you’ll be out of their range soon enough.

Chop Shop locations do not have levels associated with them. Instead, you are given a list of cars which you must steal and return. I would recommend getting the car stored in a garage immediately after taking it, so you don’t have to restart everything if the car explodes. You can put any target on your HUD by going to the Pause Menu and selecting “Info” > “Activities” > “Chop Shop”. Then, select the location, scroll over your desired target, and hit A to add the car to your HUD. The car will appear on your ingame compass as the front of a yellow car on a blue background.

Note: You cannot turn in vehicles you are awarded with. However, if you drive any car around the city, cars of the same model are more likely to pop up.
