Introduction:
Jonah Lomu Rugby Challenge is a very striaght forward Rugby game that offer very little challenge to complete even if you have never played a Rugby game before, this is due to the fact that you can simulate most parts of the game and the ones you can not simulate can be played with 2 controllers
Abbreviated Walkthrough:
Career and Competitions: 6 Achievements worth 360
The Career and all Competition wins can be simulated and will take around a couple of hours to do, with all competitions just choose the 8 highest rated teams in that competition to be your teams. Then select one of the last fixtures on the list and simulate to that game, then simulate the rest of the games and hope that one of your 8 teams wins the cup.
Career mode will take a bit longer and is best to choose New Zealand and simulate each game through to 2023.
Tutorial: 1 Achievement worth 30
You will need to complete all 28 mini tutorial games and this will give you some insight into how the game in controlled.
A tip here is to not get gold straight away, get silver if you can then get gold as you will earn more $ in the long run.
10 Single Matches: 11 Achievements worth 250
9 games on very easy and 1 game on Pro difficulty, also all of these achievements can be unlocked with 2 controllers.
You will probably get most the achievements within the first couple of games, but you need to play and win 10 matches with different teams.
I played the first game as Lomu All Stars Vs England, then 9 random teams and won those games.
Grinding and finishing single player: 4 Achievements worth 195
There are a couple of easy achievements watch the credits, create a player.
Now you will need to simulate another international career or play out many more games until your Rugby Dollars reach $100,000 once you have got this then you can go and purchase Team Lomu for the final achievement.
Multiplayer: 2 Achievements worth 165
These can be boosted by finding a boosting partner here, and you will only need to complete 50 games NOT win them.
They can be Private, Ranked or a mix of each.
Mop-Up:
Any achievements that you have not gained by now can be achieved in single matches.
Conclusion:
A very straight forward and easy 1000 which is not going to live long in the memory.
