There are 12 achievements with a total of 200 points.

Saloon Server

Successfully complete the Saloon levels.

Simply finish the first two levels. No real challenge to these, just serve the patrons as soon as you can to knock them out the back.

Good Guesser

Guess the correct can of root beer on a bonus level.

Some people have a hard time with this, but if you keep your eye on the can the guy didn't shake and don't blink, it shouldn't be a problem.

Careful

Make your way to the Sports Bar without losing a life.

Finish the first two levels without dying. Very easy once you get the hang of the game. Make sure someone is there before throwing a mug and make sure if they send an empty back you don't let it hit the floor.

Tip of the Day

Collect 3 tips during an Xbox Live Co-op game.

On stage 1-1, serve the top three rows to get rid of them, then wait for row 4 to get halfway down and serve him, he should leave a tip. Do the same thing on level 1-2, but with row 3 instead of 4. On Stage 2-1, serve the top three rows and serve row 4 without clearing it out and get the third and final tip. (This requires your opponent to stay alive long enough for you to get to level 2-1, so try and find someone who doesn't suck to play with.)

Win 10 Xbox Live Ranked Matches or 10 Xbox Live Player Matches.

Sports Bar Server

Successfully complete the Sports Bar levels.

Finish the three Sports Bar levels. Try to keep the top rows clear, as they are shortest. These still aren't much of a challenge as long as you can learn to time letting go of A when they are just setting down a mug so the next one hits them and knocks them back quickly.

Punk Bar Server

Successfully complete the Punk Bar levels.

Extremely hard, but with practice you'll learn the patterns. Keep the top two rows clear since they are short, while working on the bottom two rows. Shag down any mugs quickly and hit A or up/down to get back into serving position quickly. You do not need to run all the way back to the kegs after shagging glasses, you can skip right back to the keg, or to a different row.

Team Score

On Xbox Live, obtain a Co-op score of 80,000 or more.

Find a good partner, first and foremost. This person will need to be able to get to the Punk Bar without losing a life (as will you), and know where to get tips. Make sure you get as many tips as you can, as well as prolong the levels as long as you can to get more mugs and knockbacks without letting it go too fast where you'll screw up and die. Once each of you have 40k (or one of you has 30k, the other 50k, etc.), just die and you'll get it once the game is over.Kind of tricky, but use this pattern and you should get it after a few tries: Knock out rows 1-3 and wait for row 4 to get halfway, knocking him back but not out, rush to get his glass and the tip he leaves. Let him continue up and wait for rows 1-3 to come back, then knock them out as soon as they appear and knock row 4 back again. It gets faster and faster, but just keep repeating this until you have over 6,000 points and quickly knock everyone out of the bar. You get 1,000 points for clearing the level, so that will put you over the mark.

Saloon Master

Obtain a score of 7,000 in level 1 without losing a life.

Champion

Win 50 Xbox Live versus games.

Can be done legit, or have a friend throw mugs down an empty row to kill themselves while you play normal to rack up points. Playing legit, just try to get as many tips as you can, while prolonging the levels so you are playing easier levels while they are struggling and dying on the harder levels. Cheap, but it works.

Alien Bar Server

Successfully complete the Alien Bar levels.

Compared to the difficulty jump from the Sports to Punk bars, this will be quite easy. Follow the same techniques I described for the Punk Bar and eventually you will learn their patterns. Sadly, this game is all about memorizing what order to knock the patrons out in.

Guessing Master

Guess the correct can of root beer on 4 consecutive bonus levels.

First you will have to be able to beat the Alien Bar. Once you can do that, you will need to make sure you don't miss any of the Guessing games between levels. After a while these will be second nature, so just focus on beating the Alien level and this should come along the way.
