The Rock Band Track Pack Volume 2 will not give you much trouble. Considering you have played Rock Band before, you should know what you're in for. Just as long as you can play atleast one instrument, you should be good.

Introduction:
Welcome to the Rock Band Track Pack Volume 2 Road Map and Achievement Guide.

Since this is just the Rock Band 1 game with 20 new songs, you can't miss any of the achievements. If you did badly on a song and didn't achieve 5-stars, you can just load the song up and try again in no time.

The achievements that require you to play on certain instruments or to 100% a song on Expert can all be achieved in Solo Quickplay.

Step #1 - Solo Tour Playthrough:
When you first load up the game, select Solo, then select Solo Tour. From there, just create your character and your ready to go. After you created your character, you can now play Gigs in the Solo Tour. Be sure to pick the difficulty you're most comfortable on so that you can 5-star every song on your first playthrough.

Select the songs and play them, making sure you 5-star each and every one. After about 2 hours or so, you should be done playing all 20 songs. If you had trouble on a song and you couldn't achieve 5-stars, just go back to the setlist and see which song it was. Practice the song in Practice Mode until you're consistent with every section. Now go back into Solo Tour and play the song, which you should now 5-star because of the practice!

After all this, you should have been able to get All Star Review.

Step #2 - Solo Quickplay Instrument-Specific Mop-up:
After you've finished 5-starring all songs in Solo Tour, you now have to play certain songs on certain instruments to unlock the achievements.

From the Main Menu, select Solo, and then Quickplay. These are the songs that need to be 5-starred on any difficulty with a specific instrument:

Bass:
"Call Me"
"Monkey Gone to Heaven"
"You've Got Another Thing Comin'"

Drums:
"This Ain't a Scene..."
"Girl U Want"

Guitar:
"El Scorcho"
"Girl U Want"
"Message in a Bottle"
"This Ain't a Scene..."
"You've Got Another Thing Comin'"

Vocals:
"Call Me"
"El Scorcho"
"Message in a Bottle"
"Monkey Gone to Heaven"

After you've 5-starred all these songs with the specific instruments, you should of unlocked:
Appelle-moi mon cherie...
Bring Home the Bacon!
Gonna Live it Up!
I'm a Leading Man...
Sendin' Out an S.O.S.
We'll all take turns...

Step #3 - Solo Quickplay 100% Expert Mop-up:
After you've finished 5-starring all songs in Solo Quickplay, you now have to play on Expert and 100% a song on every instrument.

From the Main Menu, select Solo, and then Quickplay. These are the easiest songs that can be 100% on Expert with the specific instrument:

Bass: (Flawless Groove)
"Monkey Gone To Heaven" (Must be up-strums ONLY)

Drums: (Flawless Drumming)
"Monkey Gone to Heaven"

Guitar: (Flawless Fretwork)
"El Scorcho"

Vocals: (Flawless Singing)
"Girl U Want"
"Monkey Gone To Heaven"
"Snow ((Hey Oh))"

Bass, Guitar, and Drums: An extra strum or hit in between notes will NOT cancel out the achievement. Just make sure every note is hit and you will get 100%.

Conclusion:
Overall this is a very easy 250. With the exception of the 'Flawless' achievements, you shouldn't have any trouble at all. Even if you missed All Star Review, you can just go back into Solo Tour and know exactly what song you couldn't 5-star.
