	Comment #1 by pnutosan Wednesday, January 02, 2013 @ 01:09:51 PM This SEEMS to be glitched (or possibly a misprint). I got it by doing nothing other than running over people until it unlocked. What makes it even more confusing is the fact that in the achievement section in game it just says "Kill 256 civilians within a single life" but the picture next to it is a guy on fire. Wee bit weird :p
