Best way to do this, beat Leon first so he is no longer snipping you and trow grenades to take out some of the zombies, then just make a run for the ladder and you will make it to the cutscene where your talking to Leon. This is where you do three achievments, Died Trying, A Hero Spared! and The Loyalists all depending if you choose to Eliminate Leon or Defend Leon. |
