At the start of Chris' stage 2 (VERY start, as in the first thing you will do when the stage opens), move over to the cover on the left. Ahead in the distance there are several buildings. Switch Piers' riflescope to thermal view and you should see several enemy snipers ahead in the windows of these buildings. Pop one in the head and thats it.

When covering Chris on the bridge just before you take out the tank by firing at the fuel tanker, use the Anti-Material Rifle with thermal scope to pick off J'avo. Plenty of targets to choose from.
