You will definitely get this achievement eventually if you play the game. You shouldn't actually have to try to get it. From the main menu, go to play game, then select dog tags. The titles that are specified in this achievement are in the category Title in the dog tag menu. In order to actually get the achievement to pop, however, you need to get the 10 titles, then go into the dog tag menu. I suggest just going in and checking every once and a while throughout your multiple playthroughs. |

I had this by chapter two too, popped when I was snooping round the dog tag area, also can get "Check out my Dogs" at the same time |
