	Comment #2 by CellFrame Wednesday, June 08, 2011 @ 12:47:08 AM I've just beaten the game and I can confirm that one can start Insane Mode using "New Game+" from Normal mode. Also, Mr. Toots will be very helpful. To me, RFA is the best action game of 2011 so far, even though the last hours of the campaign have been a tremendous disappointment - and they'll surely be frustrating as hell on Insane difficulty. Don't let me down, Mr. Toots.

	Comment #3 by MasterGrigg Thursday, June 09, 2011 @ 08:36:32 AM Confirmed: Difficulty achievements stack, so completing the game on Insane will get you the achievement for completing it on hard. I just finished it on Insane with no cheats, didn't find it that hard, just a lot of grinding if you get stuck at a tricky point.

	Comment #18 by Golgoret Wednesday, October 05, 2011 @ 03:29:54 AM I'm completely stuck on this, near the end of the game, in that section where you're on a barge in lava, shooting at dozens of enemies with an electric rocket launcher thing, and I've never even come close to getting past it. Every single time I do this, there are between 10 and 20 enemies shooting me at one time, and I just can't hit them fast enough. Even when I manage to hit with basically every shot, I always end up dying to a swarm of enemies. What am I missing here? I've tried this 11 times so far, and I've never even come close to success. The rest of the Insanity playthrough so far has been completely trivial, but this is...well, not so much. Is here some mechanic that I'm missing here? Some way to shield myself, or actually dodge, or something?

Complete it on easy to get through quick and easy while collecting scrap for upgrades. Save up a lot of scrap by the end (or else grind to get maybe 20,000) and buy cheats after beating it. Enter New Game+ on Insane and use cheats. Once beaten you will unlock this and the achievement for "Complete Campaign On Hard"
