 | Comment #5 by Jermageddon Tuesday, June 29, 2010 @ 04:51:13 PM it does matter if you want the 50 gamer score.. if you complete that last stranger mission you get the nurture or nature achievement... what i dont know is if you complete the main story, can you still find strangers?? i talked to every ? that appeared on my map and i completed the game with 14 stranger missions completed.. why didnt they all show up?? being one short with the possibility of never finding more really makes me hate this game.. but i still love it... i might just snap it in half... |
 | Comment #6 by o0 SC0TTY 0o Friday, July 30, 2010 @ 05:19:07 AM can anyone help me wid my problem for that "the wronged women" stranger mission has gliched out once i met the Harold who then challenged me to duel then thats wen it gliched out as the screen went black or and then came back sayin i had defeated harold collect the money... but the problem is that he is stood up alive and now i cant challenge him. is there any way of restartin the mission??? plz help really want achievements |

Just keep looking, I googled "red dead redemption stranger map" and that helped a lot. Sometimes u have to wait a few days in between parts of missions, and some only appear at certain times. |

| Comment #19 by Zambee Thursday, December 01, 2011 @ 10:09:19 PM The mission "remember my family" is only available after you've done the last story mission "last enemy to be destroyed" To get the Redeemed achievement yo have to complete all side missions except "I know you", that doesnt count for 100% completion, but i guess it does count as a stranger mission for the "people ar still strange" ach. That mission can be finished during or after the last story mission. Actually, i think all of the missions can be finished any time. The stranger missions are activated as you advance in the main story. If you have trouble finding strangers, just advance a little in the game stoyr and purple spots should appear in the map. If you saw a puple spot but it dissapeared before you could start the mission, just wait a few days and it will appear again. if you have finished all main missions,but still havent got this achievement, just open your map and look for purple spots indicating the strangers. If you have trouble finding the "california" and "loves an opiate" missions, try tracking them wiht the outfits. Go to your menu, select the treasure hunter outfit and track it with (X)and it should indicate you where california is (a ginat purple spot will appear on the map. the same for reyes rebelds aoutfit and love is an opiate. |
