I would actually recommend doing this achievement on Data Processing Terminal Part 2 which is the level with the elevator and the tower guardian, towards the end of the game. When he smashes the glass you can shoot (no need to kill) with this gun to get the achievement. This level is very short so saving before he smashes the glass and reloading the level for each gun is ideal.
