The online achievements are fairly simple and self-explanatory. You can find someone else to boost with HERE.
Fastest way to build up wins, is to start a private chat and find each others rooms. Then, one person quits, and you take turns. Still takes quite a bit of time. Since there is no way of quitting out of a match, you might have to go to your dashboard, or you menu and sign out (X) and then sign back in. Whichever you find more convenient.
