Welcome to Polar Panic!! Polar Panic is your typical puzzle game. In Polar Panic, you take control of a polar bear who is trying to save his family. All achievements are obtainable offline. The game is simple at times, but will make you think when trying to complete the harder puzzles.
Polar Panic has a total of 10 chapters. Each chapter has 5 stages. Complete all chapters and you’ll unlock the Bear Necessities achievement. Play through Chapter 1 without losing a life and you’ll unlock the No Bears Were Harmed achievement. There are Huts/Igloos throughout the game the spawn Trappers. Destroy 50 of these Trapper Generators during the story and you’ll unlock the Housing Slump achievement. Progress through the story, killing all of the different types of trappers and you’ll earn The Right To Bear Arms achievement. Find 10 of the Ice Bear Life-ups, you’ll earn the Trophy Bear achievement.
There are a total of 49 puzzles in Polar Panic. Complete all of them and you’ll earn the Smarter Than The Average Bear achievement. There are two separate categories that you are graded on after completing a puzzle. First, is the amount of moves it takes you to finish the puzzle. Second, is the amount of time it takes you to complete the puzzle. Getting a rank of A in each category will earn you an AA ranking. Earn an AA rank in 10 of these puzzles, and you’ll earn the Brainy Bear achievement. Check this Link for a complete AA rank walkthrough. Credit to mattvsworlddotcom for the superb videos.
After finishing the story, go back and achieve an A rank on each stage and you’ll earn an A rank for the chapter, this will unlock the Teddy Bear achievement. After completing a chapter, statistics will how many snowmen and bear cages you've broken. Go back to each chapter and stage, and destroy any of the ones that you're missing. Destroying them all will unlock the No Bear Left Behind achievement. The best place to earn the Bear Faced Cheek achievement is on Chapter 6: Stage 1. The Long Shot achievement can be earned on any stage that is large. Stages like Chapter 10 Stage 3 and Chapter 10 Stage 4 are perfect. Play through stage 1 in chapter 3 and DO NOT kill any trappers. Break all ice blocks and snow mounds so the barrels roll freely. Once the last trapper is killed, you’ll earn the Roller Bear achievement.
In conclusion, Polar Panic is a fun, entertaining and enjoyable game. Most of the achievements will come with natural progression. However, some will require much more thought and planning. Keep playing and you’ll eventually earn your 200.

|Complete the Story Mode|
|There are a total of 10 chapters in the Story mode. Each chapter has 5 stages. Complete the final chapter and the achievement will unlock.|
|Bear Faced Cheek||10|
|Achieve a 10x Combo bonus (not achievable in Multiplayer)|
|For this achievement you must attain a multiplier of at least 10. This achievement can be tricky, as the time-frame between each kill is very small. You must act quickly to attain a multiplier this high. Start a level with more Hunter Generators. Destroying Hunter Generators can increase your multiplier much quicker than killing regular hunters. After reaching 10x multiplier, the achievement will unlock.|
A good stage for this achievement is Chapter 6 Stage 1. The top left corner has multiple Generators, as well as multiple enemies. Grab the Freeze Power-Up in the center of the stage, and immediately run toward the Generators. Destroy the Generators, kill the remaining trappers, and the achievement should unlock. (This may take a few tries until you get it down to a T.)
|Get an A grade for a Story Mode Chapter|
|For this achievement, you must earn an A rank on any chapter. To achieve an A rank, you must reach rank A on each stage of a chapter. Start chapter 1 on easy. Getting through a level fast, attaining higher combos, and destroying all huts/snowmen will add to your overall score. If you don’t reach a ranking of A on your first try, you can replay each stage until you reach rank A. After reaching A rank on your last stage, the achievement will unlock.|
|Get an AA grade in 10 Puzzle Mode levels|
|There are a total of 50 puzzles in Puzzle Mode. You only need to get an AA rank on 10 of them. They will take a lot of practice, so keep trying if you don’t get it first try. Use these videos; (Link) to help you with some of the harder ones.|
|Never Leave A Bear Behind||30|
|Collect all the snowmen and break the cages in Story Mode|
|For this achievement, you must break each snowman and bear cages on each level. After completing each chapter, statistics will show up for each individual chapter. These statistics will show how many bear cages and snowmen you've broken across each stage. If you're missing one, go do that stage, and find what you're missing. The achievement will unlock after you've broken your last snowman or bear cage. |
|Destroy 50 trapper generators||(1)|
|Trapper Generators are the igloos that trappers appear from. To destroy a Trapper Generator, you must push an ice block into the entrance. Pushing an ice block into the entrance will cause it to collapse and raise your multiplier. These are located through-out the story mode. After destroying the 50th igloo, the achievement will unlock when you reach the after-level report.|
|No Bears Were Harmed||10|
|Complete a Chapter in Story Mode without losing a life|
|For this achievement, you must complete an entire chapter without losing a life. Chapter 1 is the easiest to do this on. There are a total of 5 stages. All of which are short and straight-forward. Simply watch where you step, try not to get cornered, and finish each stage carefully.|
|The Right To Bear Arms||10|
|Kill a trapper of each type (not achievable in Multiplayer)||(1)|
|There are a total of 5 different Trappers in the Game. After killing the last trapper, the achievement will unlock. They are as follows;|
|Collect all 10 extra life pick-ups|
|For this achievement you must collect all extra life pick-ups. The extra life pick-ups are large ice polar bears. Collect them all and the achievement will unlock. They are located on these chapters; |
|Smarter Than The Average Bear||30|
|Complete the Puzzle Mode|
|There are a total of 50 puzzles in Puzzle Mode. Completing each puzzle will unlock a new puzzle, no matter how bad the rank is. After finishing the last puzzle, the achievement will unlock. Refer to "Brainy Bear" for a link to videos to help you with some of the harder puzzles.|
|Kill a trapper with a sliding block over 15 grid squares away|
|This achievement is also a little bit tricky. Finding a good, long level is the key to unlocking this achievement. Some of the later stages in Chapter 10 work perfectly. Be sure that you have enough to knock your block into someone. Pushing a block into a Trapper right next to you is fine, as long as where he lands is 15 squares away. When the trapper dies, the achievement will unlock.|
|Kill all the trappers on a boat level by only using the barrels|
|There are multiple stages where barrels are found, let loose, and roll with the boat as it moves. To make this barrels move, push the ice blocks away from them. These barrels move straight, horizontally across the stage. Simply avoid all trappers, and the achievement will pop when the final trapper is killed. This achievement can be obtained on any level that includes the boat. These include;|
