![]() | Rescuer of Kelda | 15
| Rescue Kelda from Nordberg | ||||||
| Story related, can’t be missed. Kelda becomes your mistress after you take control of Nordberg. | ||||||
![]() | Tyrant of Nordberg | 25
| Complete full Tyranny over Nordberg through either Domination or Destruction | ||||||
Contrary to the description you don’t need to dominate or kill 100% of the population, you’ll get this simply by conquering the town whatever method you choose. After you've dealt with Borius one way or the other (attacking with with to kill him Dominate by selecting him with then and releasing before he dies) head to the town hall just behind him and Hit to take over.
![]() | Industrious Magic | 10
| Achieve 50 kills by overcharging your Evil Presence Spell | ||||||
Target and enemy using and Hold until they are dead. This is easiest on your destruction playthrough as you can kill the townspeople this way with Netherworld gates close at hand to recharge your mana. (Just make sure not to dominate one by mistake). Alternatively it can be done on any enemy on a domination playthrough. Another option on Domination is to make a second save game, kill 50 townspeople, and then just reload you original save.
![]() | Big Chopper | 10 | ||||
| Achieve 50 melee kills | ||||||
| Not to hard this one. A lot of the time, especially against Empire formations, you’ll want to get your overlord stuck in. Just keep at it and the achievement will unlock fairly quickly, should come naturally as you play. | ||||||
![]() | Red Rescuer | 10 | ||||
| Find the Red Minions | ||||||
| Story related, can’t be missed. The Reds are found in the Nordberg Sanctuary. After returning to your Netherworld Tower for the first time and getting the quest to conquer Nordberg you’ll have to head in. When inside just on your left is a Netherworld shard, select it with and send your minions to it with then hit to gain control of a minion. Lead them over the bridge with the Dryad and take the path to the right to get around to kill her. Afterward hold to return to your Overlord and get across the, now clear, bridge.Follow the path down and you’ll come to a Netherworld gate and another Dryad, you can’t pass here yet so head right and slide down a dirt ramp. You’ll cross some water and have to leave your minions behind, after this there’s a Dark Crystal [6] on your left. Continue on the path until you find some red minions who’ll join you after a cutscene. Send them to destroy the barrier with and follow the path once more.To your right is a room with treasure and two carnivorous plants, stock up if you want then destroy the other barrier to continue on. You’ll come to a lift, which will activate when you step on it with two more plants just as you step off. Slide down the dirt ramp to find the Dryad once more, take 10 browns out from the nearby minion portal and kill her then place your reds on a guard marker with on the nearby ledge to kill the second dryad below allowing your to advance.Follow the path around, fighting some elves on the way, to reach another lift. Follow the next path around through a series of balconies until you come to another lift that heads down with elves on board. Continue on past the Harp (Grab it as a Netherworld gate is just around the corner) to find another Netherworld Shard allowing you to take control of a minion. The path to take is just opposite the shard room slowing you to raise the lift for the Overlord. Head down to the lift and around to the statue with three dryads and some long grass in front of it. Only use your reds here as the grass will burn killing your browns and injuring you. Destroy the Statues and the Crystal that drops for a Mana upgrade. Grab it and head over the fallen statue to find the Red Minion Hive, there is a Netherworld gate just behind a barrier in the same room to carry it into. | ||||||
![]() | Green Grabber | 10 | ||||
| Find the Green Minions | ||||||
| Story related, can’t be missed. The Green minion Hive is found in the Everlight facility, you have to take possession of green minions. 13 spawn beside the possession stone and you can replenish them here should you ever run low when inside, also if “you” die you’ll regain control of the overlord back at the stone. The vast majority of this quest is completed just with the minions. Upon entry to the Facility you’ll soon come across the Hive and be told you need to open gates to get it out. There is a dark crystal just behind it if you push the 5-minion switch. Head down the broken grating just beside the hive and cross over the wooden beam. On your left will be a room with some treasure chests, loot these and move on down the stairs, you’ll enter the area you saw below when on the beam. Your greens are invisible when they stop moving, so you’re safe when in the tall grass, if the Exterminator sees you run as he can wipe out your minions in short order however if you place your greens on a guard marker and get behind them they’ll usually kill it for no loss. Directly opposite where you entered this area is another grating, the area behind which has yet more chests. Move up the stairs to the left of where you entered. Use the 5-minion switch to release gnomes to distract the enemy and wait until you can get behind it to sneak attack it to death. Turn the switch, head to the next area and take out the Exterminator with his back to you. Turn the switch allowing you to move the hive along. You’ll come to another blocked gate so as before enter the broken grating and follow the route around for a cutscene, after this you’ll once more be faced with an enemy whose back is turned to you, kill it and turn the wheel to advance the hive again, you’ll be told that the sentinels need to be taken out. Stop move the hive as otherwise it’ll run into them, follow the path around and move in through the gratings to avoid their red search lights. Head up the stairs when you enter the second grating to take a sentinel out, then down the stairs to find the minion wheel that opens the gate, allowing the hive through. Continue on until a gate again blocks it. Once more enter the nearby grate and head right for some chests, then return and take the left hand path, you’ll find some pots with more greens in them if you’re short. Get behind the Exterminator and kill him, using the grates on the left or the 5-minion gnome switch to attract up the second and kill him. There are also some gold crates on the upper level. Head to the lower level, open the gate, and head through. Following this path around you’ll find the switch to open the final gate blocked the hive allowing you to put it on the lift, the game will autosave. Head over the wooden beam beside the lift and you’ll come to a 5-minion switch and a gate, the gate opens up the way to where you started so activate it them head down to the area opened by the minion switch. The stairs down, on the right hand side of the large open area, can be hard to see here. In the next area wait for the Exterminator to turn his back then kill him. Kill the soldiers and the second Exterminator in this area, if you can sneak around to the 5-minion Switch the Panda will take care of this for you, the grate in the back of the panda cage leads to another Dark Crystal. Open the gate and head to the next area, directly right of you is a 5-minion switch that leads to another Sentinel for you to kill. This part has several Exterminators, head left through the vegetation to get behind one and release the Gnomes, alternatively lure them back one by one to the panda if you have the patience. Head through the grate beside the Gnome switch to find another 5-minion switch, open the gate and head up to the left to find another Sentinel. Head back down and up the steps into another circular Garden area with two Sentinels and an Exterminator. Make a U turn from where you entered and you’ll see a grate/path (if you entered via the main stairway this will be on your left). Time your run to avoid anything nasty and head on down. Open the gate if you want, this sends you to the area with the earlier Juno Cutscene and holds nothing of interest. Heading up the stairs though you’ll find a 5-minion switch to release two Pandas, with a Dark crystal in one of their pens, both remaining sentinels are on this level also so take them out and turn the wheel the lowers the Green minion hive. Return to the lower level and kill the last remaining Exterminators then grab the Hive and walk out the front gate with it (the gate will open automatically) At this point you can return to your overlord if you wish, though all the minions will also return so you’ll need to go pick up the Hive again. | ||||||
![]() | Blue Bringer | 10 | ||||
| Find the Blue Minions | ||||||
| Story related, can't be missed. You retrieve the Blue minions from the Empire Sewer area, the first section of this area is relatively straightforward, destroy the houses in your way along the path turning Minion wheels where needs be. You’ll come to a river with a 1-minion switch, a raft floating around and two of the large frogs coming out of a grating. Set your minions in a guard marker ( ) at the raft and wait for it to come around, it’ll crash into the blockage the switch created allowing you to cross to the netherworld gate. Replenish your minions and enter the Arena underworks.Some Imperial Guard will attack you so take them out and advance for a cutscene showing the Hive. Kill any remaining enemies and smash the barrels on the ramp for some blue lifeforce, backtrack out the way you came and a previously blocked grating will fall allowing more Imperial guard to attack you, kill them and head into where they came from to find a 4-minion wheel which will unlock the grating below. Return your minions to their burrows as they cannot pass through the water and head in yourself. Follow the path around and kill the two groups of two Imperial Guardsmen (A destruction overlord will have an easier time with this, however making use of your target spell to avoid fighting two at once in melee is advisable for both paths). You’ll come to a 1-minion switch on the left, stand on it yourself to drop the pots held above and release your first blue minion. Return the way you came and you’ll find you can now access (through an open grate near where the first two Imperial Guard were) the area the rest of the pots fell into, bash them open to release 3 more blues and some magical creatures if you feel like killing them. To reach the next area send you broken blues through the grate (one of the blue pots was behind this) and off to the right (opposite direction from the pot) to activate a 4-minion wheel. In the next area turn right and up the stairs to find another 1-minion switch. Opposite this pots are moving right to leave overhead above two Executioners. Stepping into the switch will drop and pot, time this so that the blue pots drop between the enemies and release and minion to join you. There is a slight delay between standing on the switch and a pot dropping. Don’t worry if you lose a minion as they will keep coming until you have 8, when you do head off to the right to find an 8-minion switch, activate it and return to the upper path to continue on. The next puzzle has a 1-minion switch and a 6-minion wheel. The switch controls the above claw’s grabbing action whereas the wheel determines the direction and speed it moves in (more minions, more speed to the right, less and it moves to the left). Send six minions down to it ( to select the switch and to send them) and stand on the switch to grab one of the two blues on the left, get off the switch to drop him in the middle. The minion will die so send one of the two remaining blues with you down to revive him with . When the claw is on the right hand side use the switch again to grab one, but this time press to retrieve two of the minions on the switch (leaving 4) and the claw will move left. Again step off the switch to drop a minion and revive him, repeat this for all four minions (and the pots if you want some lifeforce). Aagain don’t worry if a minion somehow dies as they will respawn until you have 12. Notice there is a 20-minion switch in the corner, this leads to a Dark Crystal [21] but you will have to return for it later. Return back to the path and head right (you’ll receive a cut scene about the “blink” ability of blues leaving them invisible when sweeping.Activate the 12-minion switch to unlock and area that respawns blues, break open the pots to bring your number to 15. Exit the room and head down left to the next 1-minion switch but activating it does nothing for you, instead sweep your minions through the water, past the Imperial Guards using the ‘blink’ ability and over to the 8-minion switch beside them. Remember to sweep your minions back or they will be visible again and the enemies will attack them. Head over to the now opened area and either sweep the blues past the Imperial Guard and then run past yourself (they’ll ignore you), or kill them. You have unlimited Blues from the nearby spawning area but it will take a long time to kill the guard with them and trying yourself is risky against five. In any case in the next area fighting is out of the question, use your blues to sweep down and activate both 8-minion switches. One will release a horde of magic creatures on the Empire troops, the other will open the grate. With the soldiers distracted head into the next area. Four Imperial Guard will block your way but, with your help, your blues should be able to handle them in groups of two. Hit the 8-minion switch to allow you to return to other areas but after that return to back the way you came in, there was a 12-minion switch back there which you now have enough minions to press which allows you access to the raft. Select it with and sweep your blues onto it with then step on and hit to activate it. Hold to love forward and to move back. Follow the hive, at one point an Imperial Gaurdsman will hit a switch to block your way, use to dock, kill him and hit the switch to continue on into the Imperial palace, there’s only one path so continue on, looting the chests as you go, for a cutscene.In the next area free your blue minions and then Enter the Arena for an epic battle, after which you receive your Blue Hive. ![]() | The Dominator | 40 | ||||
| Achieve a 100% Domination Tyranny rating | ||||||
| You must always take the desired path, i.e. always taking the choice to dominate or destroy/kill. You also need to dominate/kill every inhabitant of Nordberg and Everlight. This should unlock just after your choice to kill Dark Fay or not, unless you have yet to completely dominate both towns. These are the events that effect Domination/Destruction %.

| See "The Dominator” | ||||||
![]() | Scrooge | 20 | ||||
| Collect 50,000 gold | ||||||
| You must possess the 50,000 at one time, so as you play through the game be thrifty with your upgrades. Best done at the end of the game when you have most areas unlocked. If you're a domination Overlord Nordberg Gate 2 has a lot of Chests right beside the gate and does Everlight Town Gate 1, simply cycle between both of these until the chests become smaller. (they can only be collected so many times before this happens and the number of them depends on the population of each town). The next fastest method is to gate to Everlight Temple, there is a switch up the stairs to the left of the gate as you exit that unlocks a secret area, there are also 5 chests close to the walls on the way up to that room. Each run should net you about 1000-1400 gold. | ||||||

First you must set the required mistress as your “first mistress”. To do this head to your bedchambers and down the long thin corridor to the left, this room will contain your mistresses and you can select which you want to be your first mistress by walking up to them and pressing . Next head over to the tower upgrade station (also in your chambers) and buy every item there, which only takes 3100 gold.See “Ghost Bringer” to find out how to have both Dark and Ghost Fay available in a single playthrough.

![]() | The Big D | 20 | ||||
| Win ten Dominate maps | ||||||
| The quickest to complete these is by boosting, as with the first game there are very few players online making finding a game rather difficult and the matches themselves are rather long even then. However, should you be able to find someone, they can be rather enjoyable. Have the person going for the win host a match, head to Xbox live -> Ranked Match -> Create Match and select your mode (there's only one map for each). Now have the boosting partner go to Ranked Match -> Custom to find the game. Should you get matched up against someone else just try again however this should be a rare enough occurrence with so few online. The host needs now to only get some score and when the other person quits a win is awarded. Repeat until finished. | ||||||
![]() | Adversary | 20 | ||||
| Kill an opposing Overlord 20 times in ranked versus matches | ||||||
See "The Big D" for how to match up with your partner. When in game have the person going for the achievement grab their minions and place them on a guard marker using at the Overlord spawn point. Walk across the map to the other spawn point and kill the opposing Overlord and stay there. He should now respawn beside either the minions each time. This way you should be able to get 20 kills before the time runs out.
![]() | Armed and Dangerous | 10
| Forge one weapon | ||||||
| See “Weapons Nut” | ||||||
![]() | Blue Steel Look | 10
| Forged the Elemental helmet and armor | ||||||
| This requires that you forge the Elemental armour and “Evil Eye” helmet. You’ll need both the Nordberg Forge stone and the Green minion hive. In total you’ll need 50 Brown, red and Green minions, 11500 gold, 45 gems and 1 dark crystal. It’s advisable to get the Evil Eye helmet as soon as you are able as this doubles the lifeforce obtained making the gathering achievements much easier. | ||||||
![]() | Minion Captain | 10
| Rescue all the Minion crew from the spider webs | ||||||
| There are 10 minions to rescue in the sidequest, they are trapped inside cocoons which you can smack down and split open. Seven of them will come as you explore the first area, and the last three as you enter the northern area (you need the green minions to break down a poison barrier to reach this part of the map). See the Map section of the guide for their exact locations, just be sure not to leave the area until you have them all. | ||||||
![]() | Weapons Nut | 20 | ||||
| Forge three weapons | ||||||
| To forge anything you first have to find the Red Minion hive, there are three forge stones that unlock progressively better equipment. (See “Treasure Hunter for their location) As you’re not going to be using all three weapons it’s best to save before forging these and only keep the one you’ll be using. With the Nordberg forge Stone you’ll have four weapons available to you, the three cheapest will require 125 Brown minions, 6250 Gold and 15 Gems, or alternatively, 25 browns, 50 reds, 4250 Gold and 25 gems. | ||||||
![]() | Kitted Out | 20 | ||||
| Forge the Infernal helmet and armor | ||||||
| You’ll need all three forge stones for these, you get them so late in the game that I wouldn’t bother until you have the 50,000 gold achievement, as well as "minion Lover" (for the gems) as they aren’t required to finish the game and cost a great deal. Again just save before buying them to unlock the achievement and reload. You will need the infernal helmet (as well as all command upgrades) for the perfect horde achievement. In total you’ll need 175 Browns, 100 reds, 100 greens, 75 Blues, 16,000 gold, 90 gems and 5 dark crystals. | ||||||
![]() | Mayhem Maker | 10 | ||||
| Cause mayhem during the Prelude | ||||||
This will unlock when you fire off the final rocket in the town square (use your Magic with to light it) during the tutorial/child sequence, can’t be missed.

![]() | Minion Lover | 30 | ||||
| Gather 5000 Lifeforce orbs | ||||||
| First make sure you have the “Evil Eye” Helmet as this doubles all lifeforce gained. Next head to the Everlight Facility and draw as many brown minions as you can as well as 5 blues (the blues aren’t required, but make gathering the lifeforce easier) and enter through the main gate, on your left is a 5 Minion switch. Activating this will release a constant supply of Gnomes. Split the group of Browns into 15, 10 and 15. (if you have a full Horde size, if not scale down accordingly) Put the 15 on the right and left just above the stairs and blocking off the two "escape" routes either side and the 10 in the middle, all on guard markers (hit ) and use the 5 blues to gather the lifeforce (invisible when sweeping). Hardly any gnomes get through (if too many get by they stop coming and you must then kill the escapees in the square just behind you). If you put the minions too close to the entrance/exit of the Gnome cage then a lot of lifeforce get's trapped inside, hence the placement just past the stairs.This will get you the minion Lover and Gnome Grinder achievements, as well as many gems for forging. | ||||||
![]() | Town Razer | 15 | ||||
| Destroy one Town | ||||||
| See “Walking Apocalypse” | ||||||
![]() | Walking Apocalypse | 30
| Destroy both Nordberg and Everlight | ||||||
| Simply kill everyone in the towns, this is harder than it sounds. First you must break down the doors or destroy every breakable building, often townspeople can get stuck inside if you just break the door down so destroy the building. However in each area there are also gates that connot be passed until certain parts of the game. In Nordberg there is an area which can only be accessed when you have green minions to destroy a barrier and another that requires blue minions to move a raft. In Everlight an audience later in the game will give you a sidequest to open the final area there which contains the last 20 townspeople. If you cannot find a villager try gating out of the map and then back to it, this will spawn all townspeople again and replace the doors on houses that still contain any. | ||||||
![]() | Slaver | 15 | ||||
| Enslave one Town | ||||||
| “See New World Order” | ||||||
![]() | New World Order | 30
| Enslave both Nordberg and Everlight | ||||||
To enslave someone target them with and then hit , release it before they are dead. I would recommend not upgrading your target spell more than once, perhaps twice, as it’s easy to kill them by mistake. As with “Walking Apocalypse” some areas are only accessible later in the game. Breaking down doors to release townspeople has no effect on your domination % and needs to be done to dominate all 100 villagers.In Nordberg there is an area which can only be accessed when you have green minions to destroy a barrier and another that requires blue minions to move a raft. In Everlight an audience later in the game will give you a sidequest to open the final area there which contains the last 20 townspeople. You have to be very careful here not to kill any villagers as they appear red and your minions will attack them, keep most of your horde well back. Two villagers appear after you destroy the second group of stilted huts. (the first chuck poison bombs, the second ground has one poison bomb and one exploding bomb, the two appear after you destroy the exploding bomb hut) these two will run towards your minions so make sure to keep most of your horde well back and to enslave them quickly. For the next section take only the green spider riders and run them up the wall to dislocate the bombers, if you don’t do this they will likely kill some villagers. Once this is done the quest ends and the remaining townspeople return to being green. It’s best to save before this quest as it can take several attempts. If you cannot find a villager try gating out of the map and then back to it, this will spawn all townspeople again and replace the doors on houses that still contain any.
Secret Achievements | ||||||
![]() | Juno’s Champion | 15
| Juno has become your Mistress | ||||||
| Story related, can’t be missed. June Becomes your Mistress after you take control of Everlight. This Final fight before this can be tricky though: This Battle sees you up against two Empire formations with archers backing them up on the left and right and supply tents behind pumping out more troops. It’s almost impossible to break through these with sheer brute force, certainly on the left, though you can manage it on the right with a bit of determination. However as always knowing what to do makes things much easier so instead you’re going to be sneaky. The minion portals right beside you as you enter the area should also make things easier should you run into trouble. Soldiers will constantly attack you, as well the archers, so time is of the essence. First place all your minions on a guard marker (Hit ) at the gate to deal with the troops that attack. With all command upgrades at this point you should have 35 available, take 15 browns, 10 greens and 10 reds. Next select the guard Marker with and withdraw one red minion (reds are best for the next part, hold and hit to select them). Straight ahead is a small pathway only minions can access, that leads to some exploding barrels located behind the Empire troops on the right hand side. Hold to select these (you can either try to position yourself and tap until you select a barrel or hold and use to move through the options until you select one). With the barrel highlighted keep holding and hit to send a red minion to the barrel, he’ll pick it up and you can use to move him, destroy the tent first to stop the reinforcements. At this point you can either attack the right hand formation now that it won’t be reinforced, (If you still have greens on spiders this is the best option) or use the reds and a few more barrels to first take out the Archers then the formation. In either case get over to the right hand side as soon as you can to prevent the Archers on the left hitting you. When you have cleared the right hand side once more place your minions on a guard marker, this time at the spot where the Empire formation was. These minions will deal with the spawns from the left hand side that will still be attacking you. Next once more elect and exploding barrel with a red minion and send it straight across the other walkway (this one is to the right of the one you sent the other red minion across) to take first the Archers on the left hand side, and then the reinforcement tent. For the tent make sure your overlord is as close to the walkway as possible otherwise your minion with the barrel will be out of range before he makes it to the tent. With the Tent down it’s onto the final portion of the battle, you can either attack the formation directly, or use the first walkway to take them out with barrels. The second walkway leaves too much distance to cover for your minion to reach behind them with a barrel so don’t try it. After all the Empire soldiers are dead head on up the steps behind where the Left hand formation was to trigger the cutscene. | ||||||

| Through Domination or Destruction you are now the Tyrant of Everlight | ||||||
Story related, can’t be missed. Again you don’t have to kill enslave 100% of the population, just complete the story mission. After you've dealt with the Governess one way or the other (attacking with with to kill her, Dominate by selecting him with then and releasing before she dies) head to the town hall just behind him and Hit to take over.
![]() | Seal Slayer | 20 | ||||
| You have killed 100 baby seals | ||||||
| Easiest on your domination playthrough as there is a pen in the Northern part of Nordberg where these seals constantly respawn if you have enslaved enough of population (they must be enslaved to work the area for you). Simply leave your minions on a guard marker and you’ll have it in no time. Alternatively you can return to the earlier areas and hunt them down. | ||||||
![]() | Dark Emperor | 30 | ||||
| You have killed Solarius | ||||||
| Story related, can’t be missed. Beating the final boss of the game can be a tricky fight if you don’t know what you’re doing. I’d recommend a horde of 20 browns, 10 reds, 10 greens and 5 blues (10 if using the +5 horde size helm). Put them on a guard marker and simply run around the Devourer at during the first part of the right, your reds and greens will hit the pustules while your browns will take care of any zombies than come at you, the blues keeping your minions standing though you shouldn't have too many die on you. You'll also need to sweep the blues around every so often if too much blue goop starts littering the area. In the second section you have to use the raised platforms to hit the higher pustules, send your 10 reds up there on a guard marker and use the rest of the horde to defend against the zombies. The final section of the fight is the same as the first, except when you destroy the 2/3 pustules that regenerate each turn your then need to destroy the one on the Devourer’s head to make Solarius appear, you can then drain him while again your minions take care of any enemies that appear, these will generally be stronger that the first section with Unicorns and mutated minions attacking, you may want to get your overlord stuck in (especially on the Unicorns). Simply rinse and repeat. The key to this fight is your control of minions on the marker. It’s just like sweeping them, use to select the marker and to move them (you can move the Overlord as well with at the same time) only you have more control and when in formation they defend much better. Easy enough to finish the fight with your full 45/50 minions if careful. | ||||||
![]() | Perfect Horde | 30 | ||||
| Your Minion Horde is fully upgraded | ||||||
| You need to finish the game first, or at least reach the final area and have a horde size of 50 (all command upgrades and the command helmet). The goal is to get them all to 400% which requires the late game golden equipment. Take 50 browns (it's easier to see equipment on them) and, if you took the destruction path, head to Empire City and start busting open crates (there are loads around). If you went with Domination it's a little easier as Blacksmiths also make the weapons after you finish an area, you're looking for gold but they appear silver/crystal in Nordberg (due to the snow). Simply move from blacksmith to blacksmith sweeping your minions in with .As with the last game it's handy to take your minions out of the portal one by one until you see the % drop below 400, put that one back and then guard marker the others (hit ), thus all the minions you take out will be sub 400 and those already maxed out won't get in the way of them picking things up. It isn't an issue early on as most minions are picking things up, but (for example) when you only have 3 minions left to max out the other 47 can block them rather badly. | ||||||

![]() | Tyrant of the Tower | 30
| You have built 100% of the Tower buildables | ||||||
| This requires you to fully upgrade your minions to level 4, to do this head to the forge and past your armoury on the left hand side is a bellows/pit. You will require 16 Dark Crystals and 40,000 gold. Best done after you have the “scrooge” achievement, however upgrading your browns a few levels/all minions to level 2 doesn’t cost too much and helps during the game. | ||||||
![]() | Treasure Hunter | 50
| You've obtained all the Tower Objects in the game | ||||||
| You must find all 3 spell stones, 3 Forge Stones, 6 minion command upgrades, 5 Mana upgrades, 5 Health Upgrades, 9 spell catalysts and one Harp. You can see your Mana/Heath upgrades by your throne, the command upgrades in the minion burrows and your spell catalysts at the spell upgrade station in your bedchambers. Most of these are pretty hard to miss as they are generally in plain view, a few are off the beaten path though and require you to backtrack with new minions. Maps and images of the locations can be found here: <Click for Link> Harp Unique item found on Nordberg Sanctuary, fairly near the end just before you reach the second Netherworld gate and have to use the second minion control stone to raise the lift. Hard to miss. Health upgrades (5)
Spell catalysts (9)

![]() | Ultimate Collector | 30
| You've collected 100% of all Dark Crystals | ||||||
| There are 30 Dark Crystals scattered throughout the game. Note: this is not enough to forge every item and upgrade all minions, take this into account if going for those achievements, however you should have enough to unlock all the achievements if being careful with what you buy, even if not using multiple saves. Maps and images of the locations can be found here: <Click for Link> Netherword Tower (5) These should all be easy enough to find and are all in plain sight:

![]() | Mount Master | 20 | ||||
| You have discovered and used all Minion Mounts in the game | ||||||
| At various stages throughout the game you’ll be required to use the mounts to solve puzzles, can’t be missed. It will unlock after you defeat the Salamander King in the Wasteland Sanctuary Depths and are required to use the Salamander mounts for your red minions. | ||||||
![]() | Gnome Grinder | 20 | ||||
| You've killed 1000 gnomes | ||||||
| See “Minion Lover” for a method to complete both achievements as well as for gathering a lot of gems. Alternatively when you get all the tower heart pieces and you need to charge the heart in the wasteland Sanctuary, after the first charge it falls into a gnome village, use 5 blues to grab it which will reveal a Gnome hole underneath, out of which exploding gnomes will emerge. As soon as they start popping out, drop the heart and run for the water! The gnomes will continue to come out and die in the water, and give you a kill. You can also set a guard marker (hit ) right on top of the hole and your minions should take care of the gnomes, bring 5 or so back with you and use them to gather the lifeforce and gems that drop. Eventually the Gnomes will stop dropping items but they will infinitely spawn until you push the mother goddess statue over the hole. Be sure you are finished as after this you cannot remove the statue and no more will spawn. | ||||||
![]() | Rock On | 20 | ||||
| You've killed 15 or more enemies with a single Catapult boulder | ||||||
| You can get this easily enough in the first part of the game when you are still a child. Landing a rock in the middle of one of the formations should kill almost all of them. You’ll have plenty of chances to get this throughout the game though as there are several catapult scenes. A good tip for finding your range is to listen for the “clicks” as you wind up the catapult, count them and adjust accordingly based on where the rock lands. | ||||||
![]() | Ladies' Man | 40 | ||||
| You and your Mistresses have found a way to get along splendidly | ||||||
This is easy enough, simply make sure you have the overlord banner and purchase 2 of the other options for each mistress, one in each area (ie one in the bedchamber, one in the Throne room). To get the options to purchase items for each mistress you have to change who is your “first mistress”. To do this take the long thin corridor on the left of your bedchambers to a room where all three mistresses are, then press in front of which you want to be your first mistress. The place to change your tower decoration is also in the bedchamber.Items in the Bedchamber: Bed, Curtains, Candles Items in the main Chamber: Throne, Statues, Alcoves
![]() | Ghost Bringer | 20 | ||||
| Ghost Fay has become your Mistress | ||||||
| As you progress through the story, eventually you’ll be at a part where you need to drain queen Fay to power up the Tower Heart. You can only have one of Ghost or Dark Fay each playthrough, depending on whether or not you kill her before she returns to the Netherworld Gate after you have fully drained her. Continue draining to kill her for Ghost Fay, or leave her be for Dark Fay. Before you start this you can head back to the tower through the Netherworld Gate, which is close at hand. Simply make two saves and use one for Dark Fay, the other for Ghost Fay. This effects your Domination and Destruction %, make sure you take the correct decision for your main on your main save. | ||||||
