You can perform this right when you get the beam shot ability by shooting the jellyfish creatures. Easy Peasy.

This achievement is a gift. As above, the opportunity is right above you when you first collect the beam attack ability. |

If anyone missed it, the location is in the first city level -- it doesn't have a teleport, so you'll have to run backwards to get there. Just stand in the middle, jump up, and shoot. |
