An easy way to achieve this is to buy wheat seedlings and plant all 15 in your field along with Bount Fertilizer. Either wait 4 hours or advance your games clock and water them. Then wait or advance the clock 1 day, harvest them. You should get anywhere from 90-160. Watering increases the amount you get slightly.
