There are 12 achievements with a total of 200 points.

Clear Round 4

As easy as it sounds, just get to and finish round 16. This game has the "start where you last got to" system (same as Pac-Man and Galaga) so essentially you have three lives per level.

No-Miss (Round 7)

Clear the first 7 rounds without losing a life!

The best way to do this is when you get to round 7 die. When you die restart Round 7 and finish it without diying then die on round 8 and you should be awarded the achievement. Thats exactly what i did to earn it.

Extend

Score 20000 points and gain an extra life!

Score 100000 points and gain a second extra life!

Do just as it says, score 100,000 points. Here's some info to keep in mind while point hunting:

Collecting a flag: 100 points x the flag collected up to a maximum of 1,000 points.
Special Flag:Doubles points for all flags collected. If collected first, the last flag is worth 2,000 points.
Lucky Flag:Bonus points x Remaining Fuel.
End of screen bonus: Points for remaining fuel.

Collect the Special Flag before collecting any other flag!

No-Miss Special Flag

Collect the Special Flag before collecting another flag and finish the stage without losing a life!

Easiest to do in level 1 since there's only one enemy and he's slow. As soon as you start head straight for the blinking flag, don't collect any other flags on your way. Once you pick up the special flag (has a red S by it) get the rest of the flags without dieing. Bam, three achievements in the bag.

Lucky Flag

Collect the Lucky Flag.

Fuel Bonus

Collect a Lucky Flag with more than half fuel remaining.

Easiest to do on the first level because there's only one enemy and he's slow. As soon as you start, cruise around and look for a flag with a red L by it. You're more than welcome to pick up flags on the way but there's no reason to and getting them will most likely use more fuel. Just get to the Lucky Flag and pick it up with at least a half tank of gas and you'll get two achievements.
