Sunday, July 31, 2011 @ 02:18:26 AM if you still need help, create a five star recruit at every position, all from the university's hometown and court them all year long. I made 20 recruits and have lost one to Florida, had 11 sign with me and have a soft commit from all but one of the remaining (I'm in about week 10). Then just dedicate as much time as you can to the recruits (I made sure to give 60 minutes to any recruit that I wasn't the #1 choice for, the one that committed to Florida was soft commit to me and then just jumped ship for some reason.) Basically, my recruiting went like this: I offered them a scholarship and one or two bit in the first week, then I made promises to all of them, and then I made sure to know to what their ratings were on the different pitches so when they made their trip to my campus I co |

Then it's just a waiting game, I tried to downplay the other schools whenever I could, but when that won't work, just making the standard pitch was my backup. PS: I used 'Bama, (which means I made all the recruits from Tuscaloosa) in case you're wondering. They have the highest rating on just about everything except academics and something else I can't remember off the top of my head |
