This is easy but time consuming. Just select "Stat Attax" mode and choose a short game with two players you control (second controller required). This makes winning easier since you can let the other player lose. Alternatively you can play against the computer which is a bit more challenging. Once you won 25 games the achievement will unlock.

How to play Stat Attax:
Each player starts with 10-15 cards, picks up a card with 4 different stats (their values range from 0-100) he can choose from and wins with the highest stat one card of the opponent. Overall-winner is the player who owns all cards / most cards at the end of the round.
