It didn't unlock for me either. SO I just just all the way back to the title screen & reloaded my Ultimate Adventure save file & then it popped up.
Hope that helps for anyone who has the same problem in future. |

It happened to me the same thing happened with the Dead End Kyo, to reload the save, the achievement popped up! = D |
