For those who don't know how to get this request, you must first finish the Cursed Doll quest after that a new NPC will stand where the Cursed Jutsu Master used to be & there you have it.
And for those who want to just get the achievement & avoid putting too much effort into because of the stupid buff that the com gets (+30-50 power/speed/defence/chakra/recover speed etc), just pick Sai & spam his Ultimate Jutsu since it has a ridiculous range(even hit confirms with the wing span). |

Its also easy with Sensai Gai ... take a bento for maximum attackpower (BBQ).
After start call a buddy for help... now you have time to use a powerpill
(+attack) ... then press Y A... and then B B B B B B B B B B :p |
