There are 12 achievements with a total of 200 points.

Cherry

Eat the Cherries that appear after eating a set number of Pac-Dots!

The cherry appears in stage 1; eat it and you'll unlock this achievement.

Strawberry

Eat the Strawberry that appears after eating a set number of Pac-Dots!

The strawberry appears in stage 2; eat it and you'll unlock this achievement.

Orange

Eat the Orange that appears after eating a set number of Pac-Dots!

The Orange appears in stage 1 of "ACT I: They Meet" (the 3rd maze you reach); eat it and you'll unlock this achievement.

Pretzel

Eat the Pretzel that appears after eating a set number of Pac-Dots!

The Pretzel appears in stage 2 of "ACT I: They Meet" (the 4th maze you reach); eat it and you'll unlock this achievement.

Apple

Eat the Apple that appears after eating a set number of Pac-Dots!

The Apple appears in stage 3 of "ACT I: They Meet" (the 5th maze you reach); eat it and you'll unlock this achievement.

Pear

Eat the Pear that appears after eating a set number of Pac-Dots!

The Pear appears in stage 1 of "ACT II: The Chase" (the 6th maze you reach); eat it and you'll unlock this achievement.

Banana

Eat the Banana that appears after eating a set number of Pac-Dots!

The Banana appears in stage 2 of "ACT II: The Chase" (the 7th maze you reach); eat it and you'll unlock this achievement.

3 Ghosts

Eat three ghosts in succession after eating a Power Pellet!

The description says it all; Eat any power pellet then immediately eat 3 ghosts in a row before they change back to their normal colors. The best way to do this is wait by a power pellet until 3 ghosts are in a group near your location. Eat the power pellet just beore the ghosts rach you, then chase down and gobble up 3 ghosts as quickly as possible.

All Ghosts

Eat all four ghosts in succession after eating a Power Pellet!

Eat any power pellet then immediately eat 4 ghosts in a row before they change back to their normal colors. The best way to do this is wait by a power pellet until 4 ghosts are grouped somewhere close to your location. Eat the power pellet just beore the ghosts rach you, then chase down and gobble up all 4 ghosts as quickly as possible.

Clear Round 5

Clear the beginner level by completing the first 5 rounds!

Simply play and complete stages 1 through 5 to earn this achievement.

Clear Round 21

Clear the advanced level by completing the first 21 rounds!

Play and complete stages 1 through 21 to earn this achievement. You do not have to play levels 1 to 21 in a single session; you may use the stage select option and complete each stage one by one. It may be tedious, but you can do it.

Perfect

Eat all ghosts four times within a stage!

The most difficult achievement to obtain. The first thing to remember is that pellets slow you down while you're being chased, so clear out as many as you can before going for the 'power pellet'. The second thing to remember is that after you turn them all blue by eating the 'power pellet', you MUST eat all four ghosts before they return to their normal color. (This must be done with all 4 'power pellets'
On stage 1,gobble up as many pellets as possible while waiting for the final ghost to exit the 'safe box'. Once all four ghosts are out, just hang out in one of the corners and wait until the ghosts are all grouped in your area, then go for it! Sometimes it's best to wait until one or two of the ghosts are almost on top of you before eating the power pellet.
