If you happen to die after you have acquired the "Sunrays" spell, but before you have destroyed all ghosts in the level, the achievement will NOT unlock when you do kill them all. I did notice that after I did die, that the anemone flower (the one you place in the shrine) had respawned and I still had the Sunrays spell. That may or may not have something to do with it. I didn't try replaying level as I didn't want to glitch any of the collectible achievements, so I just deleted my save and started whole game again.
