If you're struggling with this achievement this tip may help:
1) Attack 1 Skeleton until it drops a bone. (Easy or higher difficulty is required)
2) Create bonemeal from the bone using a crafting table. (1 bone makes 3 uses of bonemeal)
3) Press the LT button when using a hoe onto dirt to make holes to plant the seeds into.
4) Plant the seeds.
5) Use the bonemeal onto the seeds, (using LT, to make them grow instantly
6) Harvest the wheat and create the bread for the achievement to unlock.
