I used a motivator and pick the packers. Also make sure you don't change any settings. LEAVE THEM ALL AS DEFAULT! I simmed through with changed settings and I was getting barely any legacy points which is why you need to leave the settings as default. Now you just need to simulate each game. Make sure you win each game too. So save it before you simulate a game and if you win save it and simulate the next game. If you lose reload your save and simulate and reload until you get the win. You should be getting around 2,000 legacy score a year. Keep doing this and when you hit your 100th win (100 wins and 0 loses in your 6th season) you will unlock this achievement and the 100 win achieveme

This will increase your yearly legacy score gain by about two or three thousand. That exact method should be followed though. Winning all 16 Regular Season games, the Playoffs, and the Superbowl every year is the best way to get this, and following that method will ensure you do every year. It is not guaranteed you'll unlock this on your 100th win as he says though, however, it's more than possible. There's a good chance you'll unlock it first.
