There are a few tips and tricks out there for this achievement. The most popular been the one where you need to get all your immortals below 1000 HP and spam reversa. However, this method just doesn't seem to work for me.

I nearly beat Killalon just now. It was only by a string of BAD LUCK i didn't too. He used Killo-timate hit with only 37000 HP left and finished my party off. I had 3 ultimate hits (Kaim, Seth & Tolten) as well as 4 (double cast) divide with Ming & Sarah which would have finished him off for sure.

1st few rounds increase all players stats. Use faster on Kaim, Seth & Tolten to have their ultimate hit activate in 1 round as opposed to 3. Also use all powerus. You can use other stat increseing magic too but the 2 i mentioned are most important. Once you have the stats

Typed a long message and only 1/2 of it posted??

Anyway basically cast faster and powerus on Kaim, Seth and Tolten and then reflect on all party members and spam ultimate hit with Kaim, Seth and Tolten and divide with Ming and Sarah. You need luck, but if all goes well, you will kill Killalon on the round the second ultimate hit gets activated. If he messes this up with reflect or wipes half your team out with an ultimate move, it's faster to just re-start. As reviving, healing and powering up all party members again is nigh on impossible as he's recovering 20,000 HP per round.

WHY WHY WHY isn't there a save point before the battle or the possibility to use the lift to access floor 25 instantly? Stupid developers.

Let’s face it, Professor K is a real pain in the arse. He is very powerful, very quick, basically immune to every physical attack and has the ability to restore his health. In addition to that he has a certain priority on your attacks and performs often magic counterattacks. But his weak point is that he is very concerned about his health and if it goes too low he will regenerate himself instead of attacking. That's why to kill him you have to be faster than him at the very beginning and strike a massive powerful attack during the first turn of your fight.

As long as he takes strong damage, he won't attack much, he will just keep regenerating himself. To cause him substantial pain you MUST have a supreme advanced party and you MUST acquire the ability to cast a double spell in one turn

To help anyone still playing this, here is a much better strategy:

http://www.trueachievements.com/a20904/defeated-killalon-achievement.htm

This allowed me to do it first try with immortals lvl 87 and Sed lvl 76. In my battle Professor K did the KeloCannon (or whatever it's called) instead of Annihilation and took all my immortals down to 1 hp (Persistence). All my immortals cast double reverse right afterwards and that was all she wrote.

Turn 1 use Sed's "Magic Seal." This may nullify Prof. K's Turn 2 Reflect spell and allow you to dominate post haste.
