Introduction
Let's Golf 2 is the only Xbox for Windows Phone enabled golf game and it is quite a good one at that. The game has a total of six completely unique courses, each with the full 18 holes. It features a robust Career Mode consisting of 42 events (seven on each course), ranging from varied versions of stroke play, match play, shootouts, closest to the pin, and timed stroke play. As you progress, your character levels up, their skills get better, and cosmetic items can be unlocked. The graphics are very well done by smartphone standards and the controls are easy to learn and use. For a more in-depth review of the game from WPCentral, click HERE. Currently the game is listed at $4.99 in the Windows Phone Store.
Step 1: Complete the tutorial
Learn the controls of the game first and earn this simple achievement at the same time.
Step 2: Play Career Mode
A majority of the game's achievements will be earned along your path through Career Mode to get a single character to Level 25.
Step 3: Play Challenge Mode
Earn the two achievements in this mode quickly and easily.
Step 4: Mop-up
Finish up any achievements you may have left. There will likely be very few or none remaining.
Conclusion
Let's Golf 2's cartoony style and simple gameplay mechanics make it fun to play. The most time consuming achievement will be reaching Level 25 with a single character. It is a shame that leveling up occurs so slowly that you basically can't switch characters at all if you want to earn that achievement in a timely fashion. Add in the unobtainable achievement and this game makes for a questionable purchase for avid achievement hunters, and a definitive pass for completionists.
NOTE: Achievements you earn while playing a hole may not unlock until the end of the hole in the player ranking screen.
