It's very nearly always the last achievement I get and almost always the first for my second user. I don't have an internet connection for my xbox, no second controller, and have to wait for more than a month to get a second player. And for what? A measily 10 points. Seriously, Traveler's Tales... It might be an achievement for ME to play a level in co-op, but not for most people. Quit adding it!

So, I recommend you either finish the level (especially given issues people seem to find in save points) or try it in a free play level.

Remember, DO NOT accept the update when you start the game after clearing your cache. But I do recommend signing back in and doing the update immediately after earning the achievements since I believe the update did fix some glitches.
