For the elemental warriors during the story you will enter a well. You have to defeat the shadow troll and after that you will see what elemental warrior you gained and will get the achievement.

To do this you need to have the following:

1) The story finished.

2) 100 of 100 Elemental Fruit Collected

3) 12 of 12 Health Elixirs Collected

3) Four of Four Eyes Collected

To get these you need to download the Co-Op pack which is free. Now get a partner and choose Thorn’s Castle level. Just breeze through it by not fighing enemies that aren’t required to move on. Rinse and repeat.

To get this you have to first download the Kameo Power Pack which is 400 Microsoft points. Then complete the level within the time listed below.

Play the Forgotten Forest level for a Rune Battle in co-op mode and ensure that both controllers have the exact same number of runes when you go through the checkpoint. The Mystery Gem will be in front of you after the checkpoint.

The bronze rune is counted as one rune while the more rare silver runes will count as five runes. Runes are dropped by enemies and some are in breakable objects. To get rune mode you must download the Kameo Power Pack.

To get this you have to have to have downloaded the Kameo Design-A-Skin Pack. Then just load up the game and you should get it.
